Privacy policy

Effective October 15, 2026.

Meet Midlife (meetmidlife.com) and Ember Sisters, which is not open yet, are operated by Amberline LLC (“we,” “us”).

What we collect

As little as possible. If you sign up for the Meet Midlife Edit, or ask to be emailed when Ember Sisters opens, we collect your email address, which page you signed up on (and, if you arrived from one of our invitation links, the campaign tag in that link), and (if you choose to tell us) your stage of interest. We use it only to send what you signed up for. We will never sell your data.

We use double opt-in: nothing is sent beyond a single confirmation email until you click the link in it.

Our email provider

We use Resend (resend.com) to store subscriber email addresses and to send our emails. Resend processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (vercel.com), provided by Vercel Inc., to count page views and signups in aggregate, so we know which pages are useful. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and doesn’t build a profile of you. It records the page visited, the referring site, and general device, browser and country information, and it identifies visits only through a short-lived hash that resets daily. We never send it your email address or any health information. Vercel processes this data on our behalf under its own analytics privacy policy. Vercel also hosts this website.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages are read. Unlike Vercel Web Analytics, it sets cookies, so it stays off until you say yes.

On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks you to Accept or Decline. Nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set until you click Accept. If you click Decline, Google Analytics stays off and any of its cookies from an earlier visit are removed. We don’t use advertising trackers or advertising cookies either way.

Your answer is saved in your browser’s local storage (not in a cookie) so the banner doesn’t come back on every page. Clearing your browser data clears the answer, and the banner will ask again. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

If you accept, Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can also block it with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The symptom tracker

The tracker is a printable page. Nothing you write on it is sent to us. If we launch a digital tracker, we’ll treat your logs as sensitive health information, explain how long we keep them, and never share a report without your deliberate action.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email at any time, or ask us to delete your data with the contact form. Accept or decline Google Analytics with the cookie banner, or change your choice later with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We don’t use advertising trackers or advertising cookies. If we add any other analytics or data processor, we’ll list it here first.

Spam checks on forms

Signup and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Cloudflare receives the information needed to run that check, including your IP address. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. If you use the contact form, we keep the email address you enter and your message only so we can reply.
